Trip Home

Josh and Drew took a class this last weekend at one of Golden Gate’s satellite campuses in Vancouver, WA. So, Shannon and I thought it would be fun to tag along with our hubbies, the scholars. It was a great trip and we were able to see not only my family but the entire Howeth family who had flown in and were 2 1/2 hours north because it was our nephew, Christian’s 7th birthday. God really blessed us with an unexpected opportunity to see everyone.

During the day, the boys were in class and Shan and I hung out at my parents’ house. It looked like a daycare.

Drew and Shannon left Sunday morning but at the last minute, Josh and I decided to stay through Monday. We’re really glad we did. We headed into Portland, the city I miss and just hung out. It was a great day.
